For every caregiver who walks through the door not knowing what kind of day it's been.

When Memory Runs Short.

Relay is a shared platform for caregivers that prevents miscommunication causing medical errors or delays in dementia care. Instead of inconsistent group texts or notes, it lets caregivers log daily updates and behavior changes in one place, then organizes those logs into clear summaries for doctors and family—so families can focus on being present instead of managing schedules and medical data.

Relay isn't available to the public yet, but we're building toward it.

Your Questions, Answered

How long until Relay will launch?

We are still working on the final production of Relay. We estimate Relay will launch within the next 1-2 months. Thank you for your patience.

Will there be a free version?

Absolutely. Relay was built for effortless use by caregivers without any additional financial pressure. However, there will also be paid versions that will offer additional helpful features and capabilities. We strive to make sure that Relay is usable first and foremost by everyone.

How is this different from using a journal app or group texting?

Relay provides a structured platform for all. Unlike using group text or journal apps, it gives every caretaker a simple way to log daily updates and behavioral shifts all in one place. By organizing these logs into clear summaries for doctors and family members, the app brings clinical clarity in caregiving. This helps families focus on being present with their loved ones rather than getting overwhelmed by the stress of coordinating schedules and medical data.

Is Relay a medical records system?

No. Relay is not a medical records system. It is a caregiving communication platform designed to help families and caregivers track daily updates, behavioral changes, and care coordination in one place. While information can be shared with medical professionals, Relay does not replace official medical records or professional medical advice.
